BRYAN HEBERT

Before coming to Delisi Communications, Bryan worked as General Counsel to the Office of the Texas Lieutenant Governor. In addition to his duties related to legal and policy analysis, he provided daily parliamentary assistance to legislators and staff on the floor of the Texas Senate and worked regularly with the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Attorney General.

Bryan’s diverse legislative experience also includes service as an attorney with the Texas Legislative Council, as executive director of a non-profit public policy group, as partner at a public affairs firm, and as a college adjunct professor teaching Texas and United States Government. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Political Science, and received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
