Prior to joining Delisi Communications, Kevin was the President/CEO of the Texas Health Care Association, representing skilled nursing / post-acute facilities and assisted living facilities. During his tenure at THCA, Kevin was responsible for leading coordination efforts with Star+Plus managed care plans to address SB7 (83R) ongoing implementation, contract compliance and care coordination issues. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was involved in strategy development resulting in significant COVID-19 funding relief from Texas to support Texas nursing homes throughout the pandemic.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Texas State University and holds a master’s degree in health services management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
