Kevin Warren

Kevin Warren has been involved in healthcare management and policy for over twenty five years, including partnership development and relationship building with elected officials and stakeholders to advance legislative and regulatory priorities and defend against policies that would result in unintended consequences. His years of executive level experience including working for a statewide elected official, leadership of the largest long term care trade association in Texas, and head of Operations for the Texas Quality Improvement Organization. He has been involved with state agencies and organizations to gain leadership support for policy implementation impacting provider operations.

Prior to joining Delisi Communications, Kevin was the President/CEO of the Texas Health Care Association, representing skilled nursing / post-acute facilities and assisted living facilities. During his tenure at THCA, Kevin was responsible for leading coordination efforts with Star+Plus managed care plans to address SB7 (83R) ongoing implementation, contract compliance and care coordination issues. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was involved in strategy development resulting in significant COVID-19 funding relief from the Texas legislature.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Texas State University and holds a master’s degree in health services management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
